Have started a nonprofit for transitional veterans, and this is that location. Right now, I have to get the updates down, and the notices sent, looking for partners, and helpers, here and there, and working online to find more cash to flow, and make this world go around. These are the days of my life.RV pad in backyard. Back porch is a sitting area or two, just need another bathroom built out there. It would be nice.

My backyard is my garden, have cherry tomatoes by the quart, on the daily harvest, I freeze them. I could use help in the garden and with the landscaping also.  If you want to give it a try.
